Abstract

It is determined that in the circle of professional competencies of practical psychologists, social competencies should be in the first place. Their formation is possible only in the process of psychological practice of future specialists. In view of the above, options for improving professional training and the process of professional development in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education of relevant specialists are proposed.
