Abstract

The author presents a strategic priority area - the implementation of the rights of education seekers to affordable quality education, which is ensured by providing opportunities for learning, creating an accessible educational environment in which everyone can learn throughout life. Educational difficulties in children with intellectual disabilities are presented, and tips on overcoming difficulties in the learning process are highlighted.
