Abstract

The monograph «Organizational and Pedagogical Principles of the Functioning of Supportive Educational Institutions in Conditions of Decentralization» presents the management of the state of functioning of supportive educational institutions, the essence and features of their decentralized management in conditions of decentralization; competence approach to the construction of organizational and pedagogical foundations of innovative development of a supporting educational institution in conditions of decentralization; the specifics of managerial activity and the development of the professional competence of a manager as a key figure of a supporting institution of education, an educational manager and leader, the role of managerial culture as the basis of a manager's professional competence and a component of universal human culture. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the multi-vector human-centered development of the main educational institution and its modeling are disclosed; the conceptual model of the multi-vector human-centered development of the supporting institution of education as a complex organized socio-cultural system based on trust is substantiated and revealed; a factor-criteria approach to evaluating the development of a reference educational institution in conditions of decentralization and a factor-criteria model for evaluating the effectiveness of the information support of the organizational mechanism of management of a reference school; pedagogical tool «Trust». The monograph can be used when solving new scientific problems, carrying out scientific research and in the practical activities of managers of main educational institutions, branches, educational institutions of various types, managers and teaching staff at training courses for managers of educational institutions, master's training in the specialty «Management educational institution», education of higher education holders of the Doctor of Philosophy degree in specialty 011 «Educational and pedagogical sciences».
