Abstract

For modern psychology, research focusing on factors that help counteract negative environmental influences, promote the activation of internal resources, and ensure a person's ability to make independent choices, self-development, and self-realization is important. Thus, hardiness is one of the key indicators of a person's individual ability to self-regulate.
