Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations for understanding the essence of social entrepreneurship and social responsibility as state mechanisms for national values protection in Ukraine in the conditions of globalization dimensions. The authors of the article justified the role of social entrepreneurship and social responsibility in the sphere of interaction between representatives of public authorities, individuals and those groups and organizations with which they cooperate. It is proved that the modern state as the highest form of organization of society, implementing domestic and foreign policy, affects different aspects of society, including social. At the same time, social entrepreneurship and social responsibility are mechanisms that contribute to protecting the sovereignty of the Ukrainian state and ensuring human rights and freedoms in Ukraine's struggle with the aggressor Russia. The state's role in the formation of social entrepreneurship and social responsibility among public organizations to improve the sustainable development of society is studied. The experience of social entrepreneurship and social responsibility in the conditions of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine is revealed in the example of volunteer centres in Kirovohrad region. Only one-third of volunteer centers are the result of the work of registered public organizations, which with the beginning of the war reformatted their activities and focused on more relevant areas of activity, which will ensure the protection of the state's national values. Summarized answers showed that the majority of respondents are representatives of non-existing volunteer organizations. The greatest needs of volunteers in the communities of Kirovograd region are financial support and the creation of new partnerships, especially with charitable foundations and international donor organizations. However, they do not consider the introduction of institutionalization of public-state partnership relations for the successful development of social entrepreneurship and social responsibility in Ukraine.
