Abstract

The report is dedicated to monitoring the use of the web resource "Electronic Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" in order to provide informational and methodological support to researchers using Google Analytics 4 and Eprints 3 statistical services.This allows you to monitor the processes of using electronic resources that present the results of scientific research by scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the fields of education, pedagogy and psychology, and also contributes to increasing the efficiency of the development, improvement and maintenance of the electronic library website. The report analyzes the use of library resources for the periods June-August 2023 and 2024.Monitoring was performed on the following metrics: overall usage overview, traffic sources, user engagement, audience retention, user characteristics, technology, mobile devices, etc. The report will be useful for scientists, post-graduate students, heads of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and specialists in the field of librarianship.
