Abstract
The collection of materials is devoted to the implementation of the results of the scientific research “Methodology of using open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of researchers and scientific and pedagogical workers” in educational and scientific practice. The publication provides a general description of the research and its results. The model and methodological bases of using open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers are described: technologies of using scientific electronic libraries, electronic open journal systems, bibliometric and scientometric databases, digital identifiers of scientists, use of electronic social networks, etc. The general results of the experimental verification of the methodology of using open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of researchers and scientific and pedagogical workers are highlighted. The results of the implementation of scientific research in educational and scientific practice were monitored using the statistical module of the Digital Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine IRstats2 and the citation index - Hirsch index (h-index) of the Google Scholar service by the following indicators: publication, distribution and use. The collection of materials is addressed to researchers, academic staff, postgraduate and doctoral students, as well as a wide range of pedagogical community.
