Abstract

"Classic" approaches to chemical psychotherapy (cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychoanalytic) do not give the desired results, especially in the first stages of psychotherapy. For example, recent meta-reviews show that despite all the development of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for addictions, it has not been able to surpass the 12-step program in terms of effectiveness. Therefore, the request for the development of psychotherapeutic approaches to the therapy of addictions, especially in the first stages of abstinence, and which could be used in the work of rehabilitation centers, remains open.
