Abstract

Counseling future skilled workers on youth entrepreneurship encompasses a variety of interactive and dynamic forms and methods designed to equip young people with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the business world. The main approaches include workshops and seminars that provide a platform to communicate with industry experts and learn about important aspects of business such as planning, marketing, financial management and legal requirements. Mentoring programs play an important role by pairing aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced mentors who offer individualized advice, share practical experience, and provide support in addressing entrepreneurial challenges. Educational methods such as case studies and role-playing games improve problem-solving and decision-making skills by applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. Business simulations and entrepreneurial games offer a hands-on learning experience, allowing participants to practice strategic planning, risk management, and operational decision-making in simulated business environments. Individual consultations and coaching sessions provide one-on-one support to meet individual needs, helping future entrepreneurs improve their business plans, strategies, and gain confidence. .
