Abstract
The article refers to the results of researches, which indicate that youth entrepreneurship consulting is a holistic, unique in its content system of assistance to future young entrepreneurs, which can be presented as a joint productive activity of a student of professional education and a consultant. Such an activity, like any pedagogical action, must have its own methodological basis. Without this, pedagogical activity loses its strategic direction, systematicity and turns into a chaotic accumulation of knowledge, unjustified application of various methods that do not correspond to the principles of pedagogy. In the context of paradigmatic changes in education, we should pay attention to the differences between the reproductive and competence paradigms. In particular, regarding ideas about career and entrepreneurship. The methodological approach to youth entrepreneurship counseling is promising, which we consider as a strategic direction that defines all components of the entrepreneurship training system: definition of goals, tasks, content, ways and means of achieving them, the nature of productive interaction between the teacher and students of professional education. The main goal of entrepreneurial education and counseling is the formation and development of entrepreneurship in every future specialist, as well as those entrepreneurial qualities, without which the development of the potential of youth entrepreneurship is impossible.
