Abstract
The report provides an analysis of the results of the first stage of the pilot study "Technology transfer and qualification skills of specialists as components of the modern economic landscape of Ukraine", provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of technological exchange and professional skills in the context of the Ukrainian economy. The analytical report aims to identify the main trends and challenges faced by the labor market and professional (vocational and technical) education institutions that prepare qualified workers for various sectors of the country's economy. The report examines the key aspects of technology transfer, studies the current level of qualification skills of specialists, and also determines the directions of development of the system of professional development in the conditions of the country's recovery after the war. The results of the study will contribute to the formation of an effective strategy for the development of the labor market and the market of educational services, ensuring the competitiveness of Ukraine in modern conditions. In addition, the opinion of entrepreneurs in the publishing and printing industry was studied in detail as an applied study. The analytical study is designed to determine the trends and scope of structural changes in the supply and demand for modern qualification skills of the workforce and the impact of technology transfer on the development of the labor market. Intended for students of advanced training courses and scientific and pedagogical workers of BINPO, employers and their associations, experts in the field of education, and other subjects interested in the development of human capital and labor market trends in Ukraine. Conductors of the study: the Department of Vocational Education Methodology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Belotserki Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the University of Education Management of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
