Abstract

The article analyzes the affiliation of scientific and pedagogical workers to the natural and social space, highlighting their individual spiritual, physical, and intellectual components within the psychological sphere, which are integrated into the social world throughout life. Attention is focused on the necessity of developing perception as a mental process that allows us to understand the world through the senses (sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch). Its impact on enhancing the effectiveness of professional and personal development is considered. The types, properties, and forms of perception are analyzed. Recommendations for its development in scientific and pedagogical workers are provided.
