Abstract

At the current stage of education reform, the main direction of professional development of college teaching staff is the post-graduate education system, the main structural elements of which are advanced training and internship. Self-education, methodical work, participation in working groups for the preparation and development of standards and educational and professional programs of vocational pre university education, regulatory documents, etc. are also defined as effective directions for the development of the professional competence of teachers.
