Abstract

The author highlights the problem of self-organization of research and teaching staff of higher education institutions in the process of professional and pedagogical activity. Attention is focused on the principles of professional and pedagogical activity of research and teaching staff of higher education institutions in terms of self-organization. It is emphasized that a high level of self-organization helps to clearly formulate professional goals, improve one's professional activity, and create prospects for one's own self-improvement and self-development.
