Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by: the problem of improving the quality of professional training of qualified workers of the sewing profile (hereinafter referred to as QWSP) is one of the most urgent, since the labor potential is considered as an important strategic resource of any state, which implies its compliance with the socio-economic requirements of today and the modern labor market. The resolution of the mentioned issue depends on the modernization of not only the content, forms, methods, but also on the principles of vocational (professional and technical) education (hereinafter referred to as V(VET)E), optimization of methods and technologies of organizing the educational process, rethinking the purpose and final result of professional training of future workers in cooperation with stakeholders. Purpose: to develop and substate of a model for the development of professional competence of future skilled workers of the sewing profile on the basis of public‐private partnership – (hereinafter referred to as PPP). Methods: survey of proposals of stakeholders regarding improvement of training of qualified workers of the sewing profile on the basis of PPP; pedagogical modeling, the essence of which is the scientific justification of construction. Results: on the basis of a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the problems of the development of the professional competence of sewing specialists on the basis of PPP, the content of their professional activity, the results of the constant stage of the experiment, a model of the development of the professional competence of QWSP was developed, as a fragmentary generalized analogue of the structural and functional relations of the object research, its features, identification of improvement mechanisms. The developed model consists of four blocks that are interconnected with each other and all pedagogical conditions, ensuring the predicted result of pedagogical activity ‐ the development of professional competence of future qualified workers of the sewing profile on the basis of PPP. Conclusions: based on the results of the survey, the suggestions of stakeholders regarding the improvement of the training of skilled workers for light industry on the basis of public‐private partnership are summarized; certain organizational and pedagogical conditions have been identified that (that should be created for this purpose in V(VET)E institutions); a structural‐dynamic model is proposed that reflects the results of designing a system for the development of professional competence of future QWSP on the basis of PPP and systematizes practical and technological actions for purposeful development the studied phenomenon.
