Abstract

In the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine, the problem of high-quality training of qualified workers in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions (hereinafter - P(PT)O) becomes especially urgent. Pedagogical workers of P(PT)O institutions are directly engaged in the formation of their professional competences - masters of industrial training and teachers of professional and theoretical training. Their preparation for innovative activities is also carried out during advanced training at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Institute). It is carried out by the teachers of the Institute when conducting various forms of educational classes: online lectures, seminar classes, thematic discussions, conferences, special courses, workshops, which are conducted using the Microsoft Teams cloud service of the Office 365 platform.
