Abstract

The relevance of the study of the content and procedural aspects of the professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers is due to modern trends in the development of education. They involve continuous updating and expansion of professional knowledge, skills and abilities. This necessitates the modernization of existing and development of innovative content, forms, methods and technologies of formal, non-formal and informal learning, which are reflected, in particular, in flexible modular training programs.
