Abstract

The article emphasizes how the number of communities may decrease after the war, due to population decline. The problem of labor force outflow from abroad is being raised. It shows how the state helps business and makes changes to the education system to maintain its competitiveness in the world. Negative economic statistics from the beginning of the full-scale invasion are shown, including the closing of businesses. It was told how the state could further improve the situation in the sphere of the economy and in the education system.
