Abstract

The article mentions how important it is to combine soft and hard skills at work, and, accordingly, when training specialists in the education system. Such a combination of skills will not only increase the productivity and effectiveness of work, but also the psychological well-being of citizens. How it is connected is described in detail in the article. The formation of soft skills occurs with the help of upbringing. The article emphasizes that upbringing should be given more attention, along with education. The STEAM learning technology is described, which involves a combination of creativity and educational, scientific work.
