Abstract

The article emphasizes that the education system is at the forefront of shaping changes in the state and its sustainable development. After all, it trains new specialists for the economy. It describes how important it is to use the experience of advanced countries and their assistance. It is mentioned that every nation is unique and international experience should be used correctly, adapting it to the situation in Ukraine. Describes the theory of open systems that accommodate evolutionary changes and external influences that stimulate them.
