Abstract
The article examines the problem of developing the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and road transport management in vocational education institutions. It has been proven that this involves the use of achievements in pedagogical science and pedagogical experience; the development of the economic culture of the noted specialists should be aimed at preparing graduates of vocational education institutions who are competitive in the labor market and capable of successful activity at the level of national standards, solving cognitive, communicative, organizational and other tasks, capable of continuous professional growth, professional mobility, etc. It is noted that the development of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and road transport management in vocational education institutions will be effectively carried out with targeted identification and consideration of the features of their professional training, determined by the specifics of professional activity; its consistency with social demands and current trends in the development of modern vocational education. The system of pedagogical conditions ensuring the effectiveness of the formation of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and road transport management in vocational education institutions has been determined: stimulation of professional interest in the substantive filling of professional disciplines with an economic component; involvement in active interdisciplinary research work of an economic orientation; modelling of virtual situationally designed cultural and economic educational environments; availability of an appropriate material and technical base (information, hardware, software, equipment) for the formation of the economic culture of future technicians in transport technologies and road transport management in vocational education institutions.
