Abstract

With the start of a full-scale invasion, many people lost their jobs. Currently, one of the key challenges facing businesses is the labor shortage, even though unemployment remains high. This indicates the growth of structural unemployment in Ukraine. The war caused serious problems for the labor market, including the loss of workers through migration and mobilization, as well as changes in the pattern of employment. Such a situation requires effective measures on the part of the state.
