Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance and importance of personal brand development for teachers. In the conditions of globalization challenges, rapid development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, a competent specialist is distinguished from competitors not only by well-developed hard or soft skills, but also by the ability to present oneself publicly, networking and a personal brand. The author characterized the content and structure of the methodical advisor «Personal brandbook of a teacher». The importance and advantages of developing a personal brand in the conditions of martial law are emphasized. We consider the methodical advisor «Personal brandbook of a teacher» as an effective tool that will help a teacher: develop professional competences regarding the formation of a personal brand; deepen the process of self-assessment, self-education, self-reflection; increase your professional level by developing your personal brand; improve the ability to make non-standard decisions in situations of market competition, avoiding stereotyping and templates, learn new professional roles and functions in modern conditions. The methodical advisor will be useful for students of advanced training courses in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education, for students of pedagogical specialties in the conditions of preparation for higher education institutions, pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions; methodical services of all levels, as well as everyone who is interested in the problem of developing a teacher's personal brand in the face of modern challenges. The research was carried out within the scope of the research work of the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education of the CIPE of the SIHE "UEM" on the topic «Theoretical and methodological foundations of the professional development of pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education» (state registration number 0120 Ư104637 (2020–2025 y.) (subtopic «Scientific and methodological support of professional development of teaching staff in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education»).
