Abstract
The theses emphasize the importance of familiarizing students with the regional features of Vyshyvanka in the process of learning Ukrainian as a state language. Relevant methodological aspects are described in detail. In particular, attention is focused on the expediency of enriching students' vocabulary in the process of talking about fabric for embroidery, variety of ornaments and color solutions, different methods of embroidery, etc. It is noted that excursions into the past, familiarization with information about modern embroidery, fantasizing about the future are interesting for students. It is useful to act out dialogues and play relevant situations, write a mini-description about preferences for embroidery. There are examples of projects, the implementation of which will contribute to students' assimilation of information about the regional features of vyshyvanka.
