Abstract

The peculiarities of the application of coaching technology for the development of self-educational competence of teachers of higher education institutions are highlighted. It was found that with the help of coaching technologies, teachers of higher education institutions develop the ability to build a trajectory of their own professional development, aimed at improving their own professional competencies and skills, potential and creativity.
