Abstract

Analytical materials have been prepared for the implementation of the National Strategy for the creation of a barrier-free space in Ukraine for the period up to 2030. The work presents the peculiarities of the organization of an inclusive educational environment in preschool and general secondary education institutions; a list of educational and methodological materials on the development and training of children with special educational needs is provided. The presented materials were included in the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine regarding the introduction of barrier-free educational services in educational institutions. Addressed to teachers of preschool and general secondary education institutions, specialists (consultants) of inclusive resource centres, methodical workers, students of higher education institutions, parents of children with special educational needs.
