Abstract

Teachers are the main agents of change in the field of vocational education. Their role is to create an information and educational environment that promotes the development of students and the introduction of new approaches to the educational process. Professional development of teaching staff is an important element in the modernisation of the education system. To this end, a variety of programmes and initiatives need to be presented. One of the most effective ways to improve skills is through training courses. These courses can be specialised in specific subjects or cover a wide range of psychological and pedagogical issues, such as the use of interactive teaching methods, organising the educational process in a remote format, and others.
