Abstract

The problems of developing the professional competence of employees of sewing enterprises became especially relevant in connection with the demands of employers regarding a significant level of qualifications, mobility and competitiveness in accordance with industry production innovations. The scientific problem is the search for an effective technology of cooperation between educators and employers in the industry and optimal organizational and pedagogical conditions that should be created for this in institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education, hereinafter - ZP(PT)O, engaged in training personnel for companies in the garment industry.
