Abstract

Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have become widespread in vocational education in Europe. This cooperation is aimed at bridging the gap between the level of vocational training of students and the needs of production. Vocational educators play a crucial role in the successful implementation of PPP projects, acting as intermediaries between the education system and industry. Their pedagogical experience and industry knowledge are invaluable for the effective implementation of curricula, guiding vocational students, and ensuring that training meets the specific requirements of partner enterprises.
