Abstract

The article examines the role of synergetic tutoring technology in the professional transformation of educators. It emphasizes the importance of developing individualized learning trajectories, self-awareness, and self-actualization for teachers. The theoretical aspects underlying the tutoring of professional transformation, including anthropologism, humanism, dialectics, and existentialism, are explored. The author also analyzes the main patterns of professional transformation and highlights the significance of a holistic approach to the development of educators' competencies.
