Abstract
The collection of recipes, which is a supplement to the textbook "Modern Confectionery Production Technologies", contains recipes and methods of preparing confectionery products. It includes materials containing technologies for the preparation of decorative semi-finished products for flour confectionery and bakery products, as well as examples of their artistic design. The publication is intended for use in professional institutions (vocational and technical) education, training future qualified workers in the food industry and restaurant industry.
