Abstract
This article substantiates the relevance and importance of the individual trajectory of professional development for pedagogical workers. The relevance of the individual trajectory of a teacher's professional development lies in the fact that the modern educational environment is constantly changing and requires continuous professional growth from teachers. The author emphasizes that the individual trajectory of professional development has an impact on such important aspects of a teacher's life and career as career growth, salary, professional satisfaction and the development of a network of contacts. It was determined that professional development along an individual trajectory allows the teacher to realize the degree of his own preparedness for the realization of the set goals; independently choose the content and strategy of one's own learning; to reveal independence of thought, independence, the ability to choose one's own position; to determine the development of which professional competences require the most attention. The content and structure of keeping a diary of an individual trajectory of professional development are characterized and proposed as an effective tool for teachers who seek to improve their level of professional competence and build a successful career in the educational field. The importance and advantages of using a diary of an individual trajectory of professional development, designed to support pedagogical workers in the process of their professional development, are emphasized. We consider the diary of the individual trajectory of the professional development of pedagogical workers as an important component of self-improvement and control over one's own professional activity, which will be useful for students of advanced training courses in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, pedagogical workers of general secondary education institutions; methodical services of all levels, as well as everyone who is interested in the problem of the individual trajectory of professional development in the conditions of modern challenges.
