Abstract
The article examines the peculiarities of creating training programs and textbooks on labor training and technologies in historical retrospect and today's priorities. Taking into account the innovative changes in the technological educational field, the modern scientific substantiation of the creative activity of the individual, the procedural components of the creation of a modern textbook "Technology" for students of grades 7-9 have been determined. The conceptual and didactic-methodological principles of content design, didactic principles and approaches, general didactic and methodological structure of a modern technology textbook have been developed. The essence and specificity of the components of the textbook and the peculiarities of their implementation have been determined on the basis of personality-oriented, activity and competence-based approaches. The peculiarities of the scientific and methodological justification of the presentation in the textbook of the content and essence of the processes of designing and constructing products (theory and practice), the development of creative projects by students, the organization of creative activities as a whole as the basis of technological education of high school students have been determined. The importance of using in the content of modern "Technology" textbooks of various methods of creative activity (with determination of their place in the creative process), an integrative approach, systems of competence-oriented tasks and problematic questions has been emphasized. The necessity of projecting the content of the educational material of the textbook on the basis of the psychology of creativity has been substantiated, which is confirmed by the results of the author's scientific and experimental research in the field of technology teaching methods, which were published at international scientific conferences. A new approach has been introduced into the technological education field, according to which the priority of the educational process in technology is its construction taking into account the methodological principles of the psychology of creativity. In the defined conceptual approaches to the creation of the "Technology" textbook, the experience of the formation of technological education of students of basic secondary education in historical retrospect has been taken into account. It has been substantiated that the modern "Technology" textbook, created on the basis of the proposed innovative approaches, the developed concept of the textbook as a whole will contribute to the effective formation of students' key competencies and cross-cutting skills defined by the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education 2020.
