Abstract
The article deals with the key strategies and approaches to improving the practical training of students in the educational and practical centers of vocational (vocational and technical) educational institutions. It highlights the features of organizing the professional training process of future specialists in the educational and practical centers of vocational (vocational and technical) educational institutions. The study outlines aspects of using management tools to ensure the efficiency and transparency of the professional training process. The aim of the article is to explore effective strategies and approaches to improving the practical training of students in the educational and practical centers of vocational (vocational and technical) educational institutions, as well as the specific nature of this training and the mechanisms for its implementation. The research methods include theoretical analysis and synthesis of ideas, results, and theoretical propositions presented in the scientific and pedagogical literature; generalization and systematization of existing research results on this topic. The research results show that the analysis of scientific works allowed for defining the essence of the concept of “professional training”; the mechanisms for implementing the professional training of future specialists were substantiated, and both national experiences of the process of students’ professional training were analyzed; the specific features of the implementation algorithm for student training in the educational and practical centers of vocational (vocational and technical) educational institutions were revealed. The conclusions indicate that the primary focus is on updating the material and technical base, integrating modern technologies, cooperating with enterprises, improving the qualifications of educators in vocational (vocational and technical) educational institutions, developing modular educational programs, and implementing practical tasks. The article analyzes ways to improve the quality of student training to meet current labor market requirements. Recommendations are provided to improve the effectiveness of educational and practical centers that contribute to forming competitive specialists prepared for professional challenges.
