Abstract
The aim of the study is to contribute to improving the quality of education, and its goal: to characterize modern psychological and pedagogical diagnostics as a system of studying the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction with young children. The research devoted to the study of patterns of development and education of young children, as well as diagnostic methods that are used to control the development of children with normal ontogenesis and its deviations are analyzed. The author concluded that the list of indicators of development should be expanded taking into account the data of modern research. On the basis of methodological principles of the personal approach the parameters and indicators of evaluation of the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction with the child of early age were developed. We have seen the following parameters: the emotional-principal position of a teacher to a child; improvement of emotional contact with a child; improvement of business contact with a child; pedagogical interaction and child activity.Conclusions. You can see two groups of studies related to the problems of early childhood. The first group is more numerical, more important, to enter it directly on the development of the regularity of the development of the child. Another group is directed to the teacher's contribution to the development of children, the development of professional children, as they are addressed to children in the minds of the enlightenment process. The developed parameters and indicators for studying the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction with an early-age child are an important tool for improving the quality of education.
