Abstract

The development of VET teachers' foreign language competence in the context of their professional development is an extremely important process in modern education. The introduction of this competence into the educational process requires an integrated approach that includes professional training, practical interaction, the use of interactive teaching methods, support from the administration and independent work of teachers. This process contributes not only to improving the quality of foreign language teaching, but also to expanding teachers' opportunities in the international labor market and creating an innovative educational environment.
