Abstract
The content of the article is an exposition of theconcept of giftological types of social organization. One of the main components of the concept is the thesis that the creation of the classification of giftological types of social organization is important from the point of view of the relevance of solving the problems of diagnosis and development of giftedness. The idea that the solution of these problems means the development of theoretical and technological models of effective diagnosis and development of the system of higher abilities of members of society is substantiated, as well as the opinion that effective models of diagnosis and development of giftedness can be provided that they overcome the abstraction of traditional diagnostic schemes and the development of giftedness from the context of social and typological factors of the functioning of gifted individuals. The assumption is made that the success of society’s development and its civilizational progress largely depends on such a factor as the ideology and practice of attitude towards the phenomenon of giftedness and to gifted individuals dominating in the socio- cultural environment. This attitude, in turn, determines the specifics of the policy of release, identification, development and use of gifted resources, and hence the place that the value of giftedness occupies in the hierarchy of the society’s value system. The basic mechanisms for the development of the constructive creative abilities of members of society, that is, the mechanisms that make up its giftological structure and determine its giftological state, are the system of mechanisms of giftological technologies of family influence, educational technologies and social technologies. The article contains a description of the main giftological types of family influence, such as giftogenic, repressive, exploitative and indifferent types. According to the parameters and criteria of the social value of giftedness and the features of the society’s use of its potential, three main types of societies can be distinguished: giftologicaly free society; giftologicaly repressive society and giftologicaly hybrid society. Giftologicaly free society is described as a community that adheres to the method of self- organization of a constructive creative vector of existence, a strategy of openness in the release, development and use of the potential of giftedness. Giftologicaly repressive society is interpreted as a society that applies the strategy of the destructive creative vector of existence and its inherent social technologies of the politics of oppression and closure in relation to the public resources of giftedness. According to the criterion of the strategy of using the social potential of giftedness, a hybrid type of social system is distinguished, which is characterized by a combination of elements of the strategies of a giftologicaly free society and a giftologicaly repressive society in different variations and proportions. The article contains a list of features of the described giftological types of social organization. They can be used both for the identification of types of the social system as a whole, and for the identification of specific socio-typological factors in the development of gifted individuals.
