Abstract

This paper presents the results of a monitoring study on the effectiveness of the implementation of the certificate program “Psychosocial Support in Communities during Crises and Emergencies”, which was developed in accordance with the current requests of specialists working with people in communities in different regions of Ukraine in the context of war. Based on the study, it can be concluded that certificate programs for professional development should be developed based on the current needs of the target audience and use modern practices with proven effectiveness.
