Abstract
The main direction of the modern educational process is the development of the personality according to the fundamental principle of child-centrism, which is the basis of all transformations of domestic education in recent decades. The educational process as an adaptive system undergoes constant transformations in accordance with the needs of society in the formation of human capital capable of responding to modern civilizational challenges, as well as in accordance with the educational requests of young generations, taking into account individual abilities, which are commonly called giftedness. The optimal state of education in such a case is to change or supplement the system's functioning algorithms, taking into account the requirements of all parties. In national education, attention has increased to the philosophical-pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical support of gifted students in the system of general education institutions. This is a series of studies of the Institute of the Gifted Child of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which are embodied in scientific and practical manuals and practical recommendations for teachers, in which special attention is paid to the adaptation, socialization, and professionalization of gifted students in the context of the educational process of general secondary education institutions. Now there is an urgent task of innovative development of the country, affirmation of its subjectivity at the international level, strengthening of the unity of the nation based on the worldview and mental values of the Ukrainian people, and therefore, the task of working out the problems of leadership and leaders – the formation of a young generation that will be able to perform the multifaceted task of development state, transformation of the country on the way to the European Union, development of science and economy of the country on an innovative basis. We consider it necessary to expand the pedagogical paradigm of general secondary education institutions due to the formation of leadership qualities of gifted students as an indispensable component of their further self-realization, as well as the need for purposeful education of national leaders, putting subjectivity as the basis of their national consciousness, and humanistic values as the basis of activity patriotism, belief in the European values of freedom and equality. The article substantiates didactic principles of formation of leadership traits of gifted children and youth – students of general secondary education institutions. The author presents philosophical, social, cultural, psychological, pedagogical theses of leadership didactics. The author notes the importance of the worldview and value component for the fulfillment of the tasks of a true social leader, as well as a number of characteristics of a socially significant plan. A conclusion was made about the interdisciplinary nature of didactic principles that substantiate the pedagogically appropriate actions of the teacher in the subject-subject interaction of the educational space.
