Abstract

In the context of hybrid confrontation based on a value conflict in a single language space with the aggressor country, the old system of conditions and factors that influence the formation of optimistic or pessimistic moods of Ukrainians has been destroyed. However, in the context of shaping public opinion, the experience of recent history has not been studied and appropriate conclusions for the development of society have not been drawn, taking into account the realities of Ukraine's socio-economic and foreign policy situation. The consequence of disorientation of people's social orientation is social upheaval and collective trauma that our society has experienced in recent years. And, of course, society is affected by pessimism, loss of perspective, skepticism, deep disbelief, and spiritual despondency.
