Abstract
The methodical manual reveals the formation of the integrity of knowledge about nature, which is based on the general laws of science, through which the connections between the elements of the content of education (knowledge, methods of cognition, methods of activity of students) are revealed, the NKS is formed and its personally significant component - a life-affirming national image the world. Opened tasks of the course: development of students' cognitive interest in studying subjects of the natural cycle; formation of key competencies: social, multicultural, informational, communicative, self-development and self-education; development of general and special skills, methods of activity related to the study of nature (general subject competences); formation of students' emotional and valuable attitude towards the environment based on knowledge about nature. The methodical guide will be useful to teachers, program developers, textbook authors, lecturers of courses at OIPPO, teachers of pedagogical universities, parents - colleagues of teachers of home schools.
