Abstract

The training of teachers is one of the most urgent problems of our time, since the future of any country largely depends on it. The analysis of the degree of development of the problem of scientific research showed that the issue of the development of the content of the training of future teachers in the universities of Türkiye refers to the actual problems of modern scientific research and needs a detailed and systematic analysis. It has been proven that the Council of Higher Education of Türkiye is a coordinating institute for policy development in the field of pedagogical education; determines the requirements for the promotion of teachers and standards for obtaining university degrees, in addition to other duties, determines in sufficient detail the structure of teacher education programs leading to the status of a qualified teacher. It has been studied that the main spheres of competences that teachers must possess are: 1) personal and professional values/professional development; 2) knowledge of the learner (student); 3) the process of training and teaching; 4) monitoring and evaluation of training and development; 5) relations between school, family and community; 6) information about the program and content, etc. It is analyzed that the curriculum model should be based on the most relevant modern educational philosophies, such as progressivism, reconstructionism, etc. It has been studied that the content of pedagogical training of students is depicted as a relationship between the general (core), individual (addition taking into account the specifics of the faculty) and individual (individualization of training and education). It is proven that the main components of the pedagogical education curriculum should be goals, subject, learning experience and assessment approach. It has been proven that the training of teachers in Türkiye as a whole is the direction of the content of education and the pedagogical process towards the formation of students' conscious choice of moral values and productive professional activity in the conditions of cultural and political diversity in society.
