Abstract
The article contains the results of a theoretical and methodological analysis of a problem of optimization of research and scientific activities in the conditions of using services with artificial intelligence. Emphasis is placed on intensifying the scientific research of foreign and Ukrainian scientists on mastering and introducing technologies for the use of services with artificial intelligence. Definitions of the terms "artificial intelligence", "neural network", "large language models", "machine learning", "chat-bot", "intelligent service", "artificial intelligence systems" are given. Artificial intelligence means an organized set of information technologies for performing complex tasks by using a system of scientific research methods and algorithms for processing information obtained or independently created during work as well as creation and use of own knowledge bases, decision-making models, algorithms for working with information and determination of ways to achieve set tasks. The advantages of optimization of research and scientific activity are analyzed: expansion of opportunities for scientific research activity, acceleration and optimization of the research process, support in decision-making, automation of routine tasks, collaboration and knowledge exchange. Software applications that can be used to optimize research and scientific activities have been identified: Google Academy, Consensus AI, DeepL service, ChatGPT, Bing chatbot, Wnr.ai, Canva, Wonderslide, Gamma, Tome, SlidesAI, Piggy, SlidesGPT, ChatPDF. A method of using AI services to represent the results of scientific research was developed by creating a table with the characteristics of seven applications (Canva, Wonderslide, Gamma, Tome, SlidesAI, SlidesGPT, Piggy) for creating presentations. The need to develop participants’ of educational and scientific processes digital competence with the skills of using services with artificial intelligence, which is an essential tool of scientific and educational processes, has been updated. Strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using services with artificial intelligence were determined and analyzed by performing their swot analysis.
