Abstract

The changes taking place in modern society require constant improvement of the provision of psychological assistance and bringing its content and methods closer to today`s needs. Ensuring the child`s mental and physical health is the main medical, social and psychological-pedagogical task of the near and distant future of the state. After all, all economic and creative potential, prospects for social and economic development, ensuring defense capability, a high standard of living, science and culture will be the result of children`s health, their physical and intellectual capacity. The author`s training program «Our medicines – music, laughter, creativity» with elements of music therapy, helotology, isotherapy is aimed at teaching «flexible optimism». The program uses elements of an integral approach as a universal tool that combines the best achievements of psychological science, taking into account that the methods should complement and not duplicate each other, activate the body`s adaptive capabilities and self-regulation mechanisms. The publications is addressed to psychologist, psychotherapists for instrumental provision of training sessions and use in counseling practice with aim of harmonizing the psycho-emotional state of children and adults.
