Abstract

The article outlines possible ways to solve the problems of developing model educational programs in science subjects for grades 5-9 of general secondary education institutions. It is necessary to develop educational programs based on model ones with appropriate clarifications and corrections in the description of expected learning outcomes. Development of clear criteria for evaluating learning outcomes and tools assessment Implementation of activity-based learning methods aimed at achieving learning outcomes defined by the state standard of basic secondary education.
