Abstract

The conditions of martial law in Ukraine, associated with the large-scale invasion of the Russian aggressor, encourage conjunctural studies of the labor market in crisis conditions and conditions of uncertainty. The purpose of the study is to analyze the system of conjunctural studies of the labor market for the training of qualified specialists. Analytical-synthetic, statistical, abstract-logical and comparative analysis methods became the main research methods. The results of the study demonstrated that in modern conditions in Ukraine, the question of understanding the essential features of the formation and dynamics of the functioning of the system of conjunctural studies of the labor market determines the priority directions in the formation and development of a number of branches of the country’s economy and determines the need for careful analysis and programming for making project decisions on training qualified specialists. To reveal the essence of the chosen topic of scientific research, an analysis of the proposed concepts and project-analytical documents, regulatory and legal acts, conclusions based on published fundamental and applied works of domestic researchers was carried out, which contributed to the generalization and isolation of certain segments in the spectrum of conjunctural studies of the labor market for preparation qualified specialists in the system of educational services. Factors affecting the dynamics and trends of the labor market in various sectors of the country’s economy are considered. Projected data on employment in the labor market during the martial law in Ukraine and in the post-war period are presented. The directions of strategic project decisions regarding raising the level of qualifications and obtaining appropriate education, taking into account the conditions of the labor market, are proposed. The conclusions emphasize the need to analyze the issues of training personnel for the branches of the economy, taking into account their specificities and strategic directions of the country’s development, the need to strengthen requirements for life and work safety, countering enemy aggression, mobilizing efforts and necessary resources in any situations on the labor market in conditions martial law and in the post-war period. The need to develop adaptive and preventive project solutions at the level of all levels of government, the business environment and the sphere of educational services is emphasized.
