Abstract

The monograph "Analysis of leading national and foreign experience on ensuring the educational activities effectiveness in universities in the context of European integration and under the martial law and post-war recovery of Ukraine" (analytical materials) was prepared based on the results of the second stage of the scientific research on the topic "Policy and mechanisms for ensuring educational activities effectiveness in universities of Ukraine in the context of European integration and under the martial law and post-war recovery of the country" by a team of scientists of the department of higher education quality assurance of the Institute of Higher Education, the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The monograph is aimed at defining strategic and practical approaches to policies and mechanisms for ensuring the educational activities effectiveness in HEIs in the context of European integration and under the martial law and post-war recovery of Ukraine based on the analysis of leading national and foreign experience. An analysis of existing theoretic and practical approaches to the development and implementation of policies and mechanisms for ensuring the educational activities effectiveness in universities in the context of European integration and under the martial law and post-war recovery of Ukraine was carried out. The monograph presents the mechanisms for ensuring the effectiveness of educational activity in universities, in particular the criteria and performance indicators are defined. The mechanisms cover administrative, economic, normative and legal, international, educational programming, digital, research and teaching dimensions of educational activity. Conclusions and recommendations are provided on ensuring the effectiveness of educational activities in Ukrainian universities in the context of European integration and under the martial law and post-war recovery of the country. Based on the results of the study, a system of theoretical achievements (patterns, hypotheses, trends, definition) and recommendations were formed to ensure the educational activities effectiveness in universities in the context of European integration and under the martial law and post-war recovery of Ukraine.
