Abstract

Abstracts of the reports of the participants of the regional are presented in the collection scientific and practical seminar "Psychological and pedagogical factors of formation professional competence of skilled workers in military conditions state" (April 26, 2024, Bila Tserkva). During the work of the seminar there was a number of topical issues related to: psychological support were considered formation of a socially successful personality of the future qualified a worker under martial law; pedagogical factors of professional development competencies of skilled workers under martial law conditions; peculiarities of the organization and conduct of educational work in professional institutions (vocational and technical) education; psychological support of educational participants process under martial law conditions; increasing the motivation of applicants professional (vocational and technical) education before training in military conditions condition; creation of an innovative educational environment in professional institutions (vocational and technical) education. The materials of the collection will be useful to managers, methodologists, and seniors masters, teachers of professional and theoretical training and masters industrial training of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education. The authors of theses are responsible for the content and authenticity of the materials.
