Abstract

Analytical materials (preprint) examine the theoretical foundations and leading foreign experience of the interaction of higher education and the labor market in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The state of interaction between higher education and the labor market in Ukraine before the start of hostilities is analyzed, as well as the factors affecting its transformation in the conditions of martial law and post-war recovery. The experience of leading foreign countries in the sphere of interaction of higher education and the labor market in the conditions of military operations and post-war revival is highlighted. Based on the analysis of theoretical foundations and foreign experience, recommendations are offered for improving the interaction of higher education and the labor market in Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and post-war revival.
