Abstract
The purpose of the study was to diagnose the level of professional burnout of pedagogical employees of ZP(PT)O for the purpose of their gender and age analysis, as well as to compare its indicators among employees with different pedagogical experience and different positions. Among the surveyed pedagogical workers of ZP(PT)O, the majority were masters of industrial training, middle-aged women with 20-30 years of teaching experience. Among the physical symptoms of professional burnout that occur in them, the majority of interviewees noted physical fatigue and exhaustion; among emotional - lack of positive emotions, behavioral - a feeling of difficulty of work and avoidance of decision-making; intellectual - boredom and giving preference to standard templates, social - lack of support from family, friends, colleagues. Among the surveyed pedagogical workers of ZP(PT)O, the majority are persons with a low level of professional burnout (46%), who do not need psychological correction and psychological help. There are slightly fewer employees with an average level of professional burnout (39%), who do not need psychological correction, but need psychological help. It is expedient to involve them in trainings to prevent professional and emotional burnout. 15% of respondents with a high level of professional burnout, who need not only psychological help, but also psychological correction, cause concern. By position, a higher level of professional burnout is characterized by masters of industrial training, somewhat less by teachers of professional and theoretical training, by gender, no such regularities were found. By age, the highest level of professional burnout is diagnosed among the elderly, and the lowest among young people. According to teaching experience, the level of professional burnout is higher among pedagogical workers with considerable experience (more than 30 years), and the lowest among novice employees with less than 5 years of experience.
